With a keen eye for detail, she effortlessly manages and conducts events, ensuring a seamless experience guided by her meticulously sketched plans.
Beyond her vibrant career, Pavina holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management, proudly carrying the certification of a Human Resource Manager. While awaiting her graduation, she concurrently pursues a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours) from the prestigious Open University.
Currently immersed in industrial training with Serene Retreat, specializing in addiction and substance fields, Pavina’s exceptional time management skills allow her to strike a perfect balance between her career and academic endeavors.
Furthermore, Pavina’s commitment to personal growth is evident through her participation in various workshops and talks centered around personal development and community building. Since 2018, she has successfully completed the HRDF (TTT) Programme, contributing her expertise to the community through self-conducted service programs.
